A broken or damaged windsurf board nose can be avoided by using one of these Unifiber Modular nose protectors. This one fits all board sizes, and is easy to install.

These Unifiber Modular double density 3M backed EVA foam windsurf board nose protectors simply bond to the nose of your board, in turn protecting your board in the event of catapults and impacts from your mast or boom.  

There is no guarantee it won’t eliminate damage, but they certainly go a long way to protect your board against same.

The nose protector features lowered corners so your sail can easily move across the nose when positioning for waterstarting.
