This foil makes it easy, offering early lift, speed and simple control. The large, high aspect (low drag, high lift) carbon front wing is a refined design, while the aluminium mast and fuselage are lighter and stiffer than before.
We have examined this ourselves and have to admit that it is one of the easiest foils to assemble. All the fittings are beefed up in the design, including the torx tool to assemble it. It’s a pure “bolt it together” and go straight out on the water to enjoy it.
Perfect for rider weights of 60-85kg.

This RRD Dynamic SW Alu 1400 is one of our favourites. For wing foiling, probably its most popular application, it is easy to use as it is predictable in offering early lift, easy speed, and it is very controllable.
RRD have always made great aluminium wing foils, this one goes one better. Build quality on this is excellent. Heavy duty fittings used throughout compared to a lot of other foils available on the market today. Really is properly built.

Solid connection using 8 mm diameter Torx screws and helicoil threads for mast, fuselage and wings. A reliable, strong and quick to assemble/disassemble connection
New wider Hi density plastic mast foot connector/adaptor for improved lateral stiffness. No oxidation between mast and fuselage
Each component comes with an EVA Cover with Velcro to fasten it inside the bag (foil set bag supplied separately).
