Northcore Lockjaw Longboard Fin Lock

If you want the ultimate defence in securing your board at the beach when you're not using it in the water, this Northcore Lockjaw has to be considered.

These Northcore Lockjaw board locks are probably the best locks that you can buy for cost, flexibility and quality.  They give you security and more importantly peace of mind.

They work with all US-Box or longboard style fin boxes, so they're good for a lot of windsurfing and SUP boards also.

The fin box lock is constructed from a zinc alloy.  Also supplied in the pack is a PVC plastic coated cable, of 6mm diameter and 2m length.  Northcore claim that the galvanised steel marine cable won't rust as it is commonly used in shipping.  Worth mentioning also that a steel cable as such will have a significant breaking strain.  To be fair it will need some heavy tools to be removed from its locked position!

The fact is, a determined thief can and will steal almost anything.  But this product is a major deterrent and will help minimise the chances of an opportunist from making off with your prized possession.

Please note that Lockjaw locks will not fit Bic boards or similar popouts which don't have standard fin systems
