This Mistral slider nut retrofits into the older style large aluminium mast tracks to accept standard mast bases.

Older style mast tracks can be very difficult to source, simply because they are no longer being manufactured.  Likewise sourcing those parts are also very difficult.  This simple brass slider nut converts the older mast tracks to accept a modern standard mast base.

The brass slider nut has an 8mm thread to accept the modern standard mast base.

The slider itself has dimensions of 40mm x 25mm x 9mm.
